Starch reacts (esterified) with sodium trimetaphos-phosphate or phosphorus oxychloride in combination with (esterified)

Characteristic:

– Used as a thickening agent in the processing of instant foods, and fast foods (bread, instant noodles, pasta …)

– Used as a stable coupling agent in thickening foods.

– Increases the strength of soft flour, when the dough is cooked, it will be better.
